Ushma is heavily involved in all projects and is supported by a strong team of interior architects, FF&E and procurement specialists, taking each project seamlessly from concept through to completion.
Lead by Sameer Kausar, the interior architects work closely with Ushma’s creative direction to produce detailed drawings, specification packages, and tender documentation. All interior and architectural elements are handled in-house, from space planning, lighting design, joinery, kitchen, and bathroom design.
Lead by Geetali, the FF&E specialists work closely with Ushma on the furnishing and styling phase of a project, from bespoke furniture design, soft furnishings, bespoke lighting design, artwork selection to fabric schemes and finish specifications
Our procurement manager handles all aspects of the FF&E delivery from the design phase to detailed budgets, all procurement processing, coordination of shipments and final installation on site for completely seamless delivery and execution.
Our team closely monitor the progress of all elements on site to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly, with regular site visits and coordination with all subcontractors and third parties.
Ushma and the FF&E team carefully source, curate, and dress each project with all decorative items and floral designs to create the full lifestyle as the final touch to each project.
